PSD Stars Ice Hockey Tryouts will be as follows:

• Monday, Nov 10: 7:15–8:15 PM & 8:30–9:30 PM
• Wednesday, Nov 12: 8:15–9:15 PM
• Thursday, Nov 13: 7:30–8:30 PM
• Friday, Nov 14: 6:00–7:00 PM & 7:15–8:15 PM

• If your student athlete attends a PSD School they must do their registration through their school and go to their school to obtain their Orange Cards (Permission to Practice). 
• If your student athlete attends  any other NON PSD school they must do their registration through the school they are "placed" at.
• If you have been placed at a school in a previous year, you do not have to get re placed unless you have moved. 
• To get "placed" You will have to contact Lori Willasden 970-490-3332 or email lwilladsen@psdschools.org
• After registration is complete, the the student athletes will bring their Orange Card to the first tryout date. This verifies that that they have completed all registration requirements. They will not be able to try out without an Orange Card.

PLEASE COMPLETE REGISTRATION ON SPORTSENGINE, PAY FEE AND HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL.  NO ORANGE CARDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT ALL 3 STEPS COMPLETED.
