If you are a Home-Based, Charter or Private School Student,  you must first get clearance by the District Athletic Director - Russ McKinstry, or  his secretary, Lori Willadsen. Once the District Athletic Director/Office has cleared an athlete to participate at one of the four high schools, the athlete's family and the high school will receive a placement letter.  Contact info for Russ McKinstry's Office Secretary is Lori Willadsen - 970-490-3332 or e-mail at .  Please access following site for more info:

Once  Home-Based, Charter or Private School Student is cleared and placed by the District, he/she must register and pay in person with the PSD school where you will compete athletically.   Online registration is not an option. All Athletic paperwork found below must be completed and brought into Ms. Seale/Athletic Secretary, in the Main Office at RMHS:

2019-2020 Forms

  • Athletic Fitness Center Donation - $5.00 (one time amount to support maintenance and equipment replacement in the Fitness Center.‚Äč

It is most helpful if non PSD students have readily available, information on how/whom to contact  at their official school, in order for the Athletic Assistant to verify eligibility information shortly after registration.  Rocky needs to be able to verify how many classes student is taking, and, how many credits were earned in the previous semester by a school official.

For athletes that attend CEC, once registered at Rocky for your sport, you must fill out CEC paperwork asap.  If this is not done, eligibility cannot be checked, and, athlete will be unable to participate in his/her sport until this required paperwork at CEC is completed and turned into them.
