Coach Asevedo is going to do general strength and conditioning workouts on Monday’s and Wednesday’s starting tomorrow 9/8/21. These will be right after school, and you will meet out on the track if it is not bad weather (meet in the hallway outside the weight room if it is bad weather). If you are doing a fall sport, please do not attend these. All event groups are welcome.
Coach Jamie is doing hurdle workouts on Tuesday 9/7 and Tuesday 9/14. I will do one per week but will have to work out days with my daughter’s volleyball schedule. More details to come as I have them.
I am working to see if we can get the Pole Vault pits out and use them this fall still. It will either be me or Coach Kurt doing these. More to come in the next day or two.
Throwers: Coach Hansen and Coach Tomasini are working with a new throws club. I previously sent a handout but if you did not get it or need it again message me and I will get you the information.
Please remember these are voluntary workouts and while they will aid you going into the 2022 track season, they are not a determining factor for status on the team.
