Summer Training Calendar
All summer runs begin at 7:00 A.M. Wed. & Thurs. runs are usually over between 8:30-9:00; Monday runs finish later,
Proper Equipment: 1) Running shoes in good condition 2) a runner’s watch 3) filled water bottle stay hydrated!
Dead Week (July 29-Aug. 3): No contact with coaches this week. Meet with teammates if you are in town. KEEP RUNNING.
