All summer runs begin at 7:00 A.M. Runs are usually over between 8:30-9:00. On Wednesdays we might carpool to other trailheads like Horsetooth Mtn. Park and Coyote Ridge. I will send out a schedule change when that happens.
Proper Equipment: 1) Running shoes in good condition 2) a runner’s watch 3) filled water bottle stay hydrated!
Dead Week (July 26-31): No contact with coaches this week. Meet with teammates if you are in town. KEEP RUNNING wherever you are.
