Preseason workouts - Jan. 14 until Feb. 7 are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15-5:00 pm. Meet outside the weight room.
Feb. 11 - Mandatory meeting for all Track and Field participants at 3:00 pm in the MPR, followed by the Monday workout session.
Track Camp - Feb. 11 thru Feb. 22 every day (No practice 2/18) from 3-6:00 pm. Meet outside the weight room if the weather is bad and out on the track if weather is good.
Parent Info Meeting - March 5 at 7:00 pm in the Media Center.
