TRACK OFF/PRE SEASON WORKOUTS
Track workouts will take place on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for all athletes. We will start at 4:05 and be done by 6pm. We will meet outside the weight room.
We will also have individual event days randomly thru that time so it would be best for them to sign up for Remind.
Starting Feb. 18th will be meeting everyday at 4:05.
