All athletic fee refunds for cut/drop will be approved by the athletic director at each school.

Once the Athletic Department receives confirmation from the coach that an athlete is no longer participating, refunds can be made.

If the athletic fee(s) were previously waived due to family maximum or free/reduced lunch eligibility, there may be no refund or partial refund payment amount due.  Check the student's receipt before you request a refund for cut/drop.

Students will be eligible for a full or partial refund of athletic fees due to cut/drop only under the following conditions. If sport was paid via credit card, refund will be returned the same way with additional credit card fees taken out.

Condition for Refund Refund Amount
1.  Student is cut from the squad by the coach. 100%

2.  Student quits the squad:

  • First day through fifth day of practice
  • Sixth day of practice to the day of the first sanctioned, competitive contest
  • After the first sanctioned, competitive contest

3.  Student sustains a serious injury or contracts a serious illness which will eliminate him or her for the entire season (a physician's diagnosis is required):

  • First day of practice to the day of the first sanctioned, competitive contest
